• One correction needs to be made about the last week meeting minutes.

• Officer Evaluations: Two things. Brunch needs to be updated. Second, everyone has gone for 3. Coffee hour officers have done exceptional. So the highest number available is justified. Then the question is what to do with the seniority points. It is not the matter of housing status. It might be effective on the lottery. But if officers are getting 3, then in a year they get 9. But 9 is the most the AHEC members are getting. Some semesters you might have a really good students in classroom settings. This time we have really good officers. Previous AHECs had difficulty with having good officers. The push with the Housing to have more officers have been about officers being exceptional. But 2 should represent doing adequate job. At floor events there has been suggestion to have more vegetarian options. We have some officers who volunteer all the time. These folks should deserve 3.

  • Inventory Suggestions: Spreadsheet list of suggestions. The first one is South Park that we discussed before. It is probably fine. We can try single player game. We may need to have some restrain which one to do first. Codenames game on Amazon-approved. Trivets to prevent counter top to be burned. The countertop is heat resistant. So it is ok to put hot plates there. Chrome Cast you are not able to use because of Ashdown Wifi. Do not buy Chrome Cast. The problem is the cable is not working and new channels can't be added. But this is an ist issue. And it is not clear is it in the common room or their own room. Duct Tape is a no. Exercise band for stretching is approved. That seems reasonable. Betrayal House on the Hill, three to six people. That is fine to add. Toolkit for bicycle repair. The one outside maybe does not have much tools. The kit has more tools. Toolkit approved. Four Single Player Games. Three has been requested by one person. We don't know what the precedent is. Maybe the better experience is to have the South Park game. All of these are video games. South Park game is on sale and this has been on the list since October.
  • AHEC Elections: There are three dinners this week. Need to see which one each of us can go. We don't do announcements. There is no formal talking points. In transition from drinks to the food, we encourage people to talk to AHEC members. Individual tapping of people has been the best approach. We have been trying to convince some floor officers to run. If officers have continuance status, they are good candidates. Nomination dinner is next Thursday. Eric is in charge of the election. The sample email needs to be worked on regarding the procedural details. And then AHEC coffee hour is on March 1st. There were also posters about AHEC election last year. We should also add all the important dates. It is encouraged for current AHEC members to reach potential candidates. So each AHEC try to send at least three emails.

  • Sport thing like a tournament at the end of semester. Anyone interested can contact athletic officer. Floor Cup with Sid Pac with some kind of trophy.
  • Survey about the food requires a follow-up.
