  • Most committees are underspent during the fall, the submit budget for the upcoming spring should be able to approved
  • Coffee hour budget will be finalized soon
  • The approval of budget for photographer depends on whether it is beneficial for the whole community in Ashdown
  • Expenditures for last semester is still under reviewing

  • Vishal has compiled a bunch of emails that are ready to send
• [Update] - Maker Space Interest Group
  • 80 people finished the survey and around 40 people said they are interested in having a dorm wide meeting. At that meeting, we can get people sign up and 10 people in the survey said they are interested in helping Gary.
  • The event setting can be something like a coffee hour or a separate event. The committee will discuss with Gary about the setting.

  • Vishal will design a fun game for attendants to win the T-shirt of Ashdown
  • Volunteers: 1 to 2 people to help the grading;

Open Floor + Katie has a whole collection of DVDs that she will like to donate to the Ashdown community. The inventory officer will be able to collect them and get in touch with Katie.
