• Operations Committee
  • Laundry Hamper: Draft an email working with the publicity team regarding laundry hamper. There was a few questions. Further consideration was advised.

  • Officer Handbook: Officer hand-book was updated. Will be uploaded to website. No suggestions on any changes.
  • Inventory Suggestions: Postponed to next week.
• Open Floor
  • Expenditures: Summer expenditures are completed. A document was sent to AHEC. For most committees money left. Event is over spending around $250. Other committees were underspent. An overall budget will be prepared. Total expenditures for each committee.
  • Maker Space Project: An idea by the tech officer. It is better for the tech officer to explain in person. He will be invited for next week.
  • Bike clean up: The auction was eliminated. But the clean-up happens twice a year. Will ask inventory officers to organize it in the next 2 weeks
  • Battery recycling: Battery in regular trash. That is incorrect. MIT has a special collection battery policy. Hexagonal cylinder. There should be collection areas at the front desk. Will check with Kristin tomorrow; might as well put this info on the website.
