- Need operations committee chair
- Current selection might not be here next year
- Hunt is ongoing, but slow
- Have until April 4th
- There are a few possible fill in candidates
- Want an experienced member
- Waiting on responses from floor officers
- Many good candidates, so not an issue
- Backup floor officers typically go to events
- A handful of people applied after deadline
- A couple applied for tech
- Second choices were communications and athletics officers
- Officer Transition
- Planning for sometime in April (14th?)
- Typically done on a Thursday in place of AHEC meeting
- New AHEC will take over scheduling
- Think of icebreakers etc...
- Gifts for continuing officers
- Should check inventory in storage
- AHEC Retreat
- Schedule is done and has been sent out
- Spring BBQ & Floor Cup
- Possibility of combining these two events
- Poster is in progress for Monday
- Inscribe the trophy before for last years winners if possible
- Cost estimates and timeframe under investigation
- April 9th
- Budget
- $250-$300 last year
- Targeting $400-$450 this year
- AHEC discretionary funding (same as last year)
- Should start earlier than last year
- Plan for 1, prep starting before noon
- Mind, Hand, Heart Innovation Fund
- Desire to do things to promote mental health
- Fund offers grants for innovative ideas
- Some type of professor lecture series
- Screening will be an issue
- Done quarterly
- Deadline is March 21st
- Money would go towards food
- Brainstorm at AHEC Retreat
- Open Floor
- ASA Meeting Update
- Alcohol licensing process is changing in Cambridge
- Must be obtained more than 2 weeks prior
- Moved office across hall
- Deadline for large event fund tomorrow
- Space reallocation
- Poster space wait list
- Elections somewhat lacking for people
- New Constitution
- Pretty much approved
- Naomi Carton had no concerns
- Constitution will henceforth be declared passed
- Has been placed on the website
- Alumni Concert
- Paperwork needs to be handled
- Same as last year, shouldn't be a problem
- Food is taken care of
- Sign up should be sent soon to allow for prep time
- Re-branding Ashdown
- New logo?
- Design contest is a possibility
- Bike Clean Out
- Should look into clearing bikes from front of building
