- Denise talked to the night watch to make sure they know that this shouldn't happen.
- Ann and Terry are going to send out reminders about quiet hours since it is getting close to the end of the semester.
- Andrea is going to send an e-mail specifically about the TV room.

- Eva and 5 other Ashdown residents attended this training for VPR Service Connectors.

- Eva thinks there should be posters around Ashdown similar to the emergency care posters.
- Ashdown Tour Guides

- They are looking for official (paid) tour guides from every dorm.
- We need to find some people from Ashdown that would be interested in giving tours.

- We are still looking for more.
- Housemaster Search
- Ann and Terry are stepping down as housemasters at the end of the school year.
- There was an announcement in the Faculty News Letter.
- One of the best ways to get professors interested is to have a student approach them.
- We could also get creative with posters where professors could see them.
- Officer Recruitment
- One of our brunch officers finishes her term at the end of the year, and the chairs requested a replacement.
- Additionally we may have officers leaving the Coffee Hour Committee.
- We may need to do some recruiting to fill these spaces.

- We can make the applications go live December 10th and they will be due December 17th.
- The interviews will be in early IAP.
- Officer Social
- Many of our officers requested a way to meet other officers in their recent feedback forms.
- Eva suggested we do an ice skating social at the ice rink on campus.
- We have rented out the ice rink for Dec. 1st from 9:15 to 10:15.
- Ashley is going to figure out if we can just transfer money to them directly instead of writing a check.
- IAP RAD Event
- The RAD event over Veterans Day Weekend was very successful, and we would like to host another RAD session.
- IAP was suggested as a perfect time for another session.
- Bike Donations
- We have some left over bikes from the bike auction and we would like to donate them.
- Eva talked to Denise and John about the left over bikes. They are going to take a look at them.
- Brunch Update

- They ran a survey and they got 30 responses. The average rating was 3.6 our of 5, and they got a lot of good feedback from it.
- 165 people were served in the first 10 minutes. There were about 250 to 300 people total.
- Zip Car sponsored this brunch and they were very happy with it. Grad Rat sponsored it also.
- Shopping: They fax Costco the order, and Costco prepares the shopping cart for them.
- They tried making waffles for this brunch, and it was a lot of work.
- Brunch prep will start at 8 am for the next brunch.
