- Room Reservation
- Can setup the Fabyan Room for video conference. Speakers are already mounted.
- New room reservation policy: 2 (music) /3 (fabyan) /4 (tv) hours, max 3 times per week per person, need at least 3 hours advance notice to reserve room.
- Need to post policies online and in the specific rooms.
- Jordan will edit the policty. Eva will email tech to start implementing the policy in the reservation system.
- Jonas will print and laminate the policy which Publicity will post in the respective rooms.
- Review and edit policy and publish it for residents to see.
- AHEC Retreat May 3, Hulsizer
- Go on with meeting date as planned. Shabnam and Jonas cannot make it.
- Shabnam and Jonas will do presentations during the AHEC meeting the week of the Retreat.
- Officer Transition Dinner
- Explain how continuing status can be EARNED.
- 4. Talk about Kitchen safety, kitchen operations. Katie/Misha.
- 2. RFPs: howto, outside funding, 30 day limit. Shabnam/Ho Jun.
- 3. Conflict management/best practicies/volunteer relationship. Jordan.
- 1. Admin talk - infrastructure, who you will be working with. Jess.
- Officer gifts
- Jonas will order waterbottles and pick someone to order mugs. Jordan will count the people. People hired in the Fall are eligible for mugs. Every officer who was hired gets a gift <= 3 terms of service then you get a mug. Between 2.5 - 5.5 terms you get a water bottle. >= 6 is a sweatshirt.

- Shabnam has an entire structure as well as documents related to any events for incoming AHEC setup on Google Drive. Add whatever documents current AHEC has to it.
- New officer for doing dorm surveys.
- Vacuum Club: Jonas needs to figure out.
- BBQ policy.
- Website, google calendar (publicity will create one), social media officer.
- Jordan has old docs from Ann & Terry that AHEC needs to go through.
- Officers need to do a short writeup about what new incoming officers need to know.
- Officers need to participate in a continuous manner by adding data about their events to the shared knowledgebase.
- Need to add expectations of Officer positions about planning events regularly.
- Need to make sure Events committee is organized into sub committees before GSC retreat as Orientation activities start right after.
